Monitoring is the reporting of alarms, faults and conditions with description and zone, giving you information as to exactly where the trouble is without your having to be at the premise. An example of the reporting would be: 'Alarm, Zone 1, Living Room Motion Detector.' Monitoring will report some twenty-five different conditions, with customized reporting per condition. The cost for an annual Monitoring agreement is $168 and includes programming your new system.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you would like to switch over a system we did not sell you to our monitoring, please contact us with the make and model of the system you wish to switch over.Rapid Alarm can also offer Monitoring on older systems which do not provide as much information on the alarms, faults and alerts.Please give us a call or fax (1516.488.7044) or drop us an email (info@rapidalarm.com).
