UL fire rating Class 350 certifies this type of file maintained temperatures under 350 degrees
(where paper darkens) while temps outside the cabinet were 1700 degrees for one hour.
This file also maintains fire protection after a 30 foot drop test, which simulates the collapse of a building.
- A baked dry gypsum cast, textured epoxy paint, field replaceable exterior panels and a thirty-year free parts replacement warranty assure a long life.
- Victor FireFiles feature heavy duty suspensions, follower plates, hanging or regular filing and a Medeco plunger type key lock that controls all drawers and provides easy operation.
- Individual drawers have a lock by-pass levers that allow access of active files while rest of drawers remain locked.
- Optional locks are also available locking each drawer individually or in groups. Medeco locks are availablr keyed alike or keyed differently as the customer requests.
On Lateral or Legal FireFiles, Combination and Digital locks are available as well as the Medeco locks.
